Online Parenting / Divorce Class

A Positive Educational Experience for Divorcing Parents

This program is delivered by the University of Continuing Education and is an approved provider of the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course.

The divorce process is often a difficult time for all involved. To ensure the health and well being of your children, it is mandated that all Florida divorces with minor children involved must complete an approved (by Department of Children and Families) Parenting Course.

This course teaches effective co-parenting and legal issues while addressing the impact of divorce on children of different ages, new relationships, family issues, and what to do about abuse and domestic violence.

The Suncoast Safety Council offers this class online. It is a simple way to complete the court requirement conveniently, without sitting in a classroom. Cost: $35.00.

This online course is not accepted by all judicial circuits. Please verify acceptance by your circuit prior to enrolling.

To register: click here and complete the Student Information Under Student Log In, select Parenting from the course drop down screen and enter your created User Name and Password.

Noise-induced hearing loss is one of the most common occupational diseases. Always wear your recommended equipment to prevent hearing loss (canal caps, earplugs or earmuffs), which may vary depending on the noise level and work environment. If you are uncertain, ask. If you have to shout over noise to be heard on or off the job, that noise could be damaging your hearing.
