LOCATIONS

Clearwater Office is located at 1145 Court St. Registration hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm except Thursdays when our doors open at 9:00 am. Last registration is accepted at 4:00 pm.

St. Petersburg Office is located at 455 31st St. N. Registration and office hours are Tuesday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Last registration is accepted at 5:00 pm

Palm Harbor Office is located at 1500 16th Street. Office hours are by appointment only on Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. DUI classes are held Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. This location does not accept registrations.

Noise-induced hearing loss is one of the most common occupational diseases. Always wear your recommended equipment to prevent hearing loss (canal caps, earplugs or earmuffs), which may vary depending on the noise level and work environment. If you are uncertain, ask. If you have to shout over noise to be heard on or off the job, that noise could be damaging your hearing.
